Certified Personal & Executive Coach, Founder

I work at the intersection of artist development, coaching, and organizational consulting, supporting labels and creative organizations in developing artists beyond performance.

My approach is shaped by over 20 years of experience in education, coaching, and talent development, combined with direct exposure to the U.S. music industry through roles in Training and Development and Artist Operations. This perspective allows me to understand both the internal demands placed on artists and the structural gaps that can impact their long-term growth.

I began my journey as a keyboard player, performing for over two decades. That experience informs my understanding of the discipline, pressure, and identity challenges artists navigate as they build their careers.

In parallel, I have spent more than 20 years in higher education as an administrator and adjunct faculty, mentoring and coaching young adults through critical developmental and career transitions. I hold a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, which informs a structured, research-based approach to development.

As a Certified Personal and Executive Coach, I design and facilitate coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs that focus on clarity, decision-making, and sustainable performance. My work emphasizes mindset, accountability, and structure as critical components of long-term success.

I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, bringing a holistic lens to mental wellness. This allows me to integrate well-being into development strategies, helping artists and teams sustain performance in high-pressure environments.

Through my work, I support organizations in strengthening their artist development efforts by addressing an often overlooked component: how artists think, make decisions, and navigate their careers over time.
